What we collect
When you use our quote or contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, where the job is, what you tell us about it, and any drawings or photos you attach.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange a site visit and put a quote together. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Drawings and photos you upload are deleted automatically after six months. Other enquiry details are kept only as long as we need them for your enquiry and our business records.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own website.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we have handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
