One-off new build homes

A new build gives you control over the layout, the specification and how the property works day to day. We build to your architect's drawings and structural engineer's design, and work through the stages in a planned sequence.

Whether the plot is a replacement dwelling or a new site, the early stages matter most. Ground conditions, drainage and access all shape how the build proceeds.

Self build projects

Some clients want to be closely involved in their build, and others want the whole thing taken care of. We can work either way, including building to a weathertight shell for clients completing the internal work themselves.

We will agree the scope clearly at the start so everyone knows which elements sit with us.

Small developments

We take on small residential developments as well as individual homes. That includes plots with more than one unit, where sequencing, site management and consistency across the properties become part of the job.

Before the walls go up

Every new build starts with the parts nobody sees. The foundations, drainage and ground floor structure are designed by your structural engineer and signed off by building control before the walls go up.

Getting them right is what lets everything above sit true, so we check the levels and the setting out before our brickwork starts.

Do you build to our architect's drawings?

Yes. We build to approved drawings and the structural engineer's design, and we work with your design team through the project.

Can you build just the shell?

Yes. Some clients want a weathertight shell and complete the internal work themselves. We agree the scope in writing at the start so it is clear what is included.

Do you take on multi-plot sites?
